Mentoring with Tanya

As part of her commitment to making leadership development more accessible, Tanya offers complimentary, informal mentoring to a small number of individuals seeking to develop their leadership capabilities, progress their careers or navigate their next professional chapter.

Drawing on her own experience of rebuilding a career, pursuing further education and developing as a leader, Tanya has a particular interest in supporting people who may face barriers to accessing traditional leadership development opportunities.

Mentoring is offered over six months, with one conversation per month, either virtually or in person.

To ensure each mentoring relationship receives the attention it deserves, places are strictly limited.

There is no cost to participate.

Expressions of interest are welcome, although submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a mentoring place.
