Pay It Forward

Accessible leadership, one sponsored book at a time.

Leadership does not only grow in boardrooms. Sometimes it is built quietly, at ground level, in places far from the spotlight.

Why this matters

A leadership book with a bigger job

Talent is everywhere. Access is not. This project exists to help close that gap

Many leadership programs are powerful, but they are not always reachable. This project os built for people who are ready to grow, but may be outside the usual rooms where development happens

Pay It Forward

Helping someone else access their potential.

One of my long term goals for ai your leadership is to create opportunities for people who might otherwise face barriers to accessing leadership development resources.

The idea is simple: individuals and organisations can sponsor copies of ai your leadership, which can then be gifted to people who would benefit from the book but may not have the means to purchase it themselves.
I’m starting small, with a pilot to explore how this concept might work, connect with potential sponsors and recipients, and learn how to make it sustainable.

Would you like to be involved?

Whether you’re an individual or organisation interested in sponsoring a copy, or you work with people who could benefit from receiving one, I’d love to hear from you.

This is just the beginning, and every conversation helps shape what comes next.
